Diktor Guide
This guide explains how to dictate on Discord with the company account.
All times are in UTC.
1) Requirements
- Company Discord account provided by admin.
- Working microphone.
- Stable connection (better Wi‑Fi or wired).
- Headphones recommended.

- Log in with the company Discord account.
- Join the server.
- Join the voice channel for the event assigned to you.
- Check the microphone and the correct input, then speak.
- If you need a break, disconnect and rejoin when you resume.
4) Audio quality
- Speak close to the microphone.
- Avoid background noise when possible.
- If audio is low, raise the input level in the operating system.
- Do not use the camera: audio only.
5) Security
- Do not change email or password without authorization.
- Do not share credentials with anyone.
- Do not accept friend requests from users.
- Do not reply to user DMs: ignore and report to admin.
- Do not enable two‑factor authentication (2FA).
- Do not join channels that are not assigned to you.
- Use the account only for dictations.
6) Common issues
I can't see the voice channels
Contact @DopoGol_Admin on Telegram.
They can't hear my voice
- Check the selected microphone in Discord.
- Check the input level in the operating system.
Unstable connection
- Change network (hotspot) or restart the app.
